Last week my tivo screwed me and cut out the last 10 minutes of the episode, Damn technology!!  Well we find the Riches adapting to lives as a Buffer (apparently their word for everyday people), they found info on the family and are diving right in.  Doug has a job interview for a law firm and ends up impressing a real estate big wig and becomes his top legal eagle.  Doug of course know nothing about the law but he knows enough about conning people that everyone just eats it up.  His first day he goes on a tangent about a rock and people keep building to his story so finally at the end they think it makes sense.  That is one of the best parts of the show is to see how they can actually keep this charade afloat.   Wayne (Doug)  decides to enroll the kids into buffer school and Dhalia is completely against the idea.  It becomes apparent that she grew up living this life and Wayne is a half breed who actually went to school till the 7th grade.  They find the best school but they won't accept the kids, so Dhalia in perfect con man style breaks into the woman's house, steals her bird and has Sam pretend to be lost.  Before Sam goes back to his mother he finds the woman's bird and she is so grateful that she lets them into the school.  Cael the oldest son is still talking to his girlfriend at the traveller camp, well she sets him up to find out where they are staying.  The show is so interesting and definitely gets you hooked on what they will do next and when the camp of travellers will find them to get their money back!!!  Stay tuned.

Well Fx has done it again with another spectacular show!  This show stars Minnie Driver and Eddie Izzard riches.jpgas a married family of travelers.  Travelers are Irish gypsies or tinkers, that travel around in their car conning people out of money.  It opened with Wayne Malloy (Izzard) pretending to be going to his High School reunion with his two daughters, he has memorized the whole yearbook and his children quiz him on it.  As he picks out a fake tag he goes around spouting off peoples names with their suplurative (best school spirit).  As he mingles the "girls" are robbing the whole reunion, he ends up being a hit and gives a big rally cry on stage just as people are noticing their stuff is gone.  They get out just in time as the real guy shows up looking for his name tag.  They jump in their car and they are back on the road, when one of his "daughters" takes off the wig and dress and its a he!!  It appears Sam is most comfortable dressing in girls clothes, as they drive they go over the rules 1. Never screw up  2. Really Never screw up  3. Just don't screw up.  Just as that happens the cops pull them over and they have to hide all the money in a tv, and Wayne tells his oldest son it is his turn because he broke the rules.  As the cop is taking a bunch of wedding gifts still wrapped out of their RV, Cael starts having a seizure and spewing white foam out of his mouth.  Wayne grabs him and they drive off,  they are concerned they are going to be late to pick up the kids mother.  They arrive at a women's jail, where we meet Dahlia Malloy (Driver) in cornrows, not happy that they were late.  She has been in jail for 2 years and we get the impression Wayne should have gone not her.  They catch up on family stuff and then drove into a community of sorts in an open field with a welcome home Dahlia sign.  We then find out they have to kick money into a family fund for the whole community and that Dahlia is part of this hierarchy family.  In this community "family"  arranged marriages are the norm and one family wants the Malloy's 16 yr old daughter to marry their son.  Wayne is furious and they all go to meet the head of the "family" (which is now run by someone new).  A fight ensues and Wayne goes back to steal all the money in the family bank and take off with his family.  No one knows what he has done when they meet up with some other travelers who want to know where they are going.  They get mad when he won't tell them where his next con is and he starts a fist fight.  The other family tries to drive them off the rode when another car swerves and goes off the road.  The Malloy's go to check on the car, the wife is dead and the husband is hanging on.  They both die so they strip the car of all valuables and push the car into a ravine.  They find papers for a new house that were faxed over, no one has met them before.  Meet the Riches,  the Malloys are now going to assume their identity and start a new life.  Wayne is all for it but Dahlia wants to go back to the family she's always known.  Dahlia finally finds the money Wayne stole and she is furious, she calls back home and they already know about the money but not where they are.  We then find out that Dahlia is a drug addict and one of the new neighbors offers her a pill she is overjoyed!!  No one in the new community has ever met the Riches, can Wayne finally get the the life he's always wanted or will being in one place be to hard to handle!!!
