The New Tina

It appears we finally have a new Red Sox sideline reporter to replace Tina Cervaiso who left NESN a few month back. Scott's Shots reported that NESN held an audition for its Red Sox Reporter position over the weekend and that the “contestant” that was received well by those who have the power to hire was former Miss San Diego 2000-03, Heidi Watney. Obviously looks are key to the position, which is fine by me. Here is a sample of her work.

Also it appears comedian Bill Murray is not a big fan of hers as he had a run in with her at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am golf tournament in 2005.
